Life and Times…
See life can be a bitter man’s hell…

But life is more precious than any rubies you’ll find. Count your blessings. R.I.P. to both Bernie Mac, and Isaac Hayes. Sad sad week.

Pac is one of the greatest rappers ever. everyone knows that but, Many miss the fact or reason why he is called a hip hop martyr. Throughout pacs career he evolved from a student of culture into a participator and finally a leader of a culture. Everything he did was watched, everything he recorded was listened to. He was the epitome of what hip hop had to say. He was political gangsta spiritual secular concious and lyrical all at the sametime and more importantly he was relevant. I said all that to say that PAC was taken complete advantage of by his business partners. They gave him no money of entitlement to it they just took him to studios and movie sets and on tour. Tupac should have been the richest rapper ever his estate should be very well off and instead his legacy is tainted by this. Suge knight and PAC’s other handlers used his work ethic and influence against him. They either killed him or had him killed then took all of his money. PAC’s story is tragic a man who shouldve had but never had. A true person who would’ve grown to become much more than he was but was cut down for simple greed. See suge knew if he allowed for PAC to live he would eventually gain control of his own finances and suge knight would lose out on his most valuable resource. As we know now suge ends up getting what he deserves but we lost out in the long run. Hip hop’s martyr tupac. Hip hop’s judas suge knight he turned PAC in for a couple coins. Fucking faggot. Fuck any one who oppresses or takes advantage of people for their own personal gain. And that is why tupac us important he Szwas someone who could’ve become the next MLK Jr. Or Malcolm X and all

The second rule of hip hop is wack rappers get dissed. Dissed is originally a slang term that means disrespected. A wack rapper is someone who seems to be exploiting the culture of rap, a rapper who doesn’t rhyme well or flow tyte, an obviously inexperienced rhymer, or someone that is not in the class of the better rappers. Therefore If Ice-T, the legend, decides to tell “solja boy up in this” to eat a dick it is within the laws of rap and he is justified. Not to say I’m on anyone’s side but I’d roll with the OG. Been on my mind all week so had to say something. On the other hand, Soulja Boy tell’em is not single handedly destroying hip hop he has plenty of help he is just doing his thing. While the music industry is the ones actually destroying hip-hop. That and the fact that there is no such thing as good customer service anymore. I mean think about it if you’ve ever bought a album from the store you know what I’m talking about. Back in the golden era of hip-hop the people had a connection to the record store. It helped promote albums because customers felt a connection to their record store and it transferred to the record. Imagine going to your favorite record store, where that bad chick worked or your best friend or the coolest old head in the neighborhood owned, and buying your new favorite rappers album and racing home anticipating listening to it the whole time so that when you got home that was all you needed to do for like three hours listen to your new LL or Wu-tang or whatever your into. It was an event every album. Now only the great rappers make events happen in hip-hop now. Remember when Jay first dissed nas “Ask Nas he don’t want it with Hov.NO!” at a summerjam concert. That was an event. You’d be hardpressed to find moments like those nowadays. In the golden era of hip-hop everyday was an event you could catch your favorite rapper anywhere shake his hand or dap him and hear freestyle off the top to his man beatboxing at the park that you go to every weekend. That was the golden era and wack rappers didn’t even exist back then I mean you were the only wack rapper you knew you know and you weren’t even half as bad as what is passing for ill in 2008. Now You play your music on an Ipod and even the so-called best rapper alive can’t really make an event for his cd when he disses every DJ(which is hip hop law numero uno, never diss the DJ, he runs the show and your career), getting his cd bootlegged, or any of the crazy shit he says. You buy your music on Itunes or over the internet without any personal relationship to the vendor or you download your music illegally and get it immediately so there is no anticipation you listen to half the song IF ANY AT ALL(people always claiming they like the beat) and music and our entire society is paying for this.

lol….that headline is classic…rollingstone fuckin’ up! but what up with NaS. Don’t get me wrong, Illmatic was in my changer for like…3 or 4 years, but I’m startin’ to think all his albums are based on the title rather than the material now. HHID got a lot of hype off it…now Nigger seems to be doin’ the same. I get the marketin’… shit’s a gimmick, nasty don’t need no gimmicks! wtf!

Compassion is a very important aspect of humanity. Without it there really is no reason to respect anything that doesn’t demand respect. Compassion is something children can learn naturally, but it is a lesson that should be instilled. With more compassion on the block there will be more understanding. Understanding usually leads away from violence unless its required. Understanding would cool off the block.
Passion is a very important aspect of dealing with reality. People like Kurt Cobain are filled with passion. It bursts from within them. Passionate people are rare in our society. Many are disillusioned. Hopeless; Full of hope, but if your full of hope than you wouldn’t have room for anything else. To actually have hope you would have to have doubts. Doubt is an important factor of faith, but that is another misconception I’ll not address currently. Passion ignores realities depressing speech, and yet is also totally aware of reality. Passionate people would cool off the block.
Happy easter and resurrection sunday. MLK Jr.

I write for people who know how to read and don’t mind taking five to ten minutes out of there day to read something. Reading can enrich your life. Yeah I listen to Jay-Z and I’m a little materialistic, but for the most part I care about what’s going on in the world. Unless you read and break away from the television and what the news tells you(like that’s the truth) you will continue to be a slave to the corporations and secret societies agendas. I’m not a conspiracist or anything but I am a critical thinker. There are people in this world that want to be in control of everything so you gotta be smart. Study. Learn Or Else. L.O.E.

First and foremost, I’m back bitch believe it please. I don’t know, I got to say some wild shit when I come back, but here’s a chapter from Code of the Samurai:
“Warriors in times of warfare invariably participate in their first combat by the age of fifteen or sixteen, doing their work as knights, so they practice martial arts from the age of twelve or thirteen. For that reason they have no time for study, and are naturally illiterate.
During the Era of the Civil Wars, there were any number of warriors who couldn’t even look up a word in the dictionary. That was not necessarily because of their own negligence, or because their parents raised them badly, but because their immediate need was to concentrate on military arts.”
Pause. In our society we can see the parallels although we don’t live by eastern principles like the samurai. Our children in our society are living like warriors, practicing combat instead of studying art and literature. This would be alright if we were at war , but we live in a perpetual peace. The only war we have is an illusion we’re fighting each other for no reason. so our aim is misdirected. We must turn towards knowledge and wisdom for guidance not strength and ignorance.
